CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Deposit Policy Some appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward your service total. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a 50% cancellation fee and/or forfeit of your deposit. In order to keep appointments running smoothly please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes early you may have to wait in the lobby until your appointment time. Likewise, arriving later than 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment risks losing your deposit & your service being cancelled. Thank you for your cooperation & understanding.
